FPT Payment Page

To initiate a recurring subscription for concierge physical therapy services, please refer to the link that was provided with the “Concierge Therapy Services Agreement”. If you do not have a link, you can request a link to pay by email (please refer to the registration packet on the “Getting Started” page for more information about concierge therapy services).

To make a one-time payment for therapy services, please click on the secure “make a one-time payment” link below (via Stripe) and enter the amount you wish to pay (please refer to the statement that was emailed to you via Therabill for your current balance).

If you wish to access your Stripe payment account with FPT (e.g., to see your payment history or put a payment method on file for future payments), please click on the “access your Stripe payment account” option below.

If you wish to access more detailed billing records through Therabill, please contact us to request an email invitation.
